Custom Printing Policies

Included with Garment Printing:

- All film, art setup for film, screens, setup, screen setup, reclaiming, ink, incidentals to complete project are included in the price based on quoted quantity. Up to 3 mockups/graphic samples (mockups are intended to determine specific placement and to verify art dimensions - they are not for design changes).

Quotes are valid for 30 days and include up to 2 revisions. Changes to design or quantity may impact quote price.

Quotes and mockups/graphic samples include up to 3 revisions - a $10 charge will be added per revision beyond 3.

Prices based on art ready to print - this includes:

• Design is final
• Dimensions have been pre-determined
• Colors are pre-determined either from your CMYK image or a brand document with Pantones
• Resolution  is high enough to prevent pixelation or blurring (signoff required for intentional blur or pixelation)
• Art is presented in it's own file, not placed on a mockup OR as a screenshot - customers are responsible for purchasing and providing original artwork

If art lacks in any of these criteria, a $40 per hour charge will be applied to correct, with a 1 hour minimum.

Customer-Provided Apparel

Prices based on art ready to print AND apparel ready to print - this includes:

• All apparel removed from individual bags and wrapping
• All apparel right side out
• If printing custom tags, all tags removed

If customer-provided apparel lacks in any of these criteria, a $1 charge will be applied per correction.

DTF, Poster and sticker printing 

These medias are printed using CMYK process and are based on the images sent by the customer at  full resolution. We are not responsible and make no warranties for problems with art provided by the client.

Customer may request a proof print at additonal charge, but this service is not available on special order media.

Be aware that CMYK colors will vary from large format printer to printer. As such we make no guarantees on color matches of any kind.

All sales on custom prints of any kind are final after final nspection and pickup.
